My young artiste

Lucy is only two but I think she's already showing signs of being a nascent artist!

The other day, whilst using up my cube of notepaper she informed me she was going to draw a square. And then she did! I mean, she doesn't even know how to hold the pen and voila!

Immediately after she told me she was going to draw 'George.' (That's Curious George, the monkey, for those not in the PBSkids realm.) I was impressed with her rendition. As I watched her she told me there were eyes, nose, and mouth. The bottom part is his chin.

Adorable. :)

Here sense of proportion for that age is amazing. Save all of these, they're precious through the years.
